If it is a large dollar that is more than around 5,000.00 & up the down payment is nonrefundable & you will lose the payment & the artifact will go back up for sell. We will not pass this info on to other dealers, but if asked I will not lie. I know that if you lose your down payment you will get mad & up-set, but we have to do this to be fair to DSA & others. We at times have other peoples stuff for sell & when we get a down payment get will pay it to the owner or owners. If you don’t think you will be able to pay off something then it will be much beter to pass on it. I don’t like to pay out a lot of Legal fees & I know you don’t. So Please don’t make a deal that you can’t pay off. If you have something on hold then you know we have talked about this & your down payment is a made deal & it has & will stand up in Court.
