India International Jewelry Show 2022 expected to generate revenue of Rs50,000 crore


The flagship IIJS Premiere, according to the Gem and Jewelery Export Promotion Council, is expected to generate trade worth Rs50,000 crore over the next 4-6 months. This year’s IIJS took place August 4-8.

“We expect the 5-day premiere of the IIJS from August 4 to generate revenue of Rs 50,000 crore over the next 4-6 months from retail sales,” according to GJEPC Chairman Colin Shah.
